JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG, HEIC, or AVIF. Your photos stay on this device.

When to use this

Use this when a phone photo looks soft, a resize made the edges mushy, or a product shot needs a little more bite before you send it. The pixels stay the same size. Only the edges change.

The slider runs a light unsharp pass. It compares each pixel with its neighbours and pulls the edge apart so detail reads more clearly. Zero leaves the picture as it is, apart from saving it in the format you pick. A high setting can add a halo around strong edges, so stop when the picture looks crisp.

JPG cannot store a clear background. If the source has empty pixels, a JPG fills them with white before the sharpen runs. Keep PNG when you still need those pixels clear. WebP can keep them too.

After the change, compress if the file is still heavy, or crop if you only want part of the picture.

How to do it

  1. Drop one image or a batch. Files stay on this device.
  2. Move the slider up to sharpen. Zero leaves the edges as they are.
  3. Pick JPG, PNG, or WebP, and set the quality if you are not saving PNG.
  4. Apply, then download each file or a zip of the batch.

Tips

  • A small move is usually enough. A high setting can ring bright edges.
  • Zero keeps the look and only changes the file format.
  • JPG fills clear pixels with white. Use PNG if you still need transparency.
  • Quality around 0.92 is a good balance for JPG and WebP.

FAQ

Do my photos leave this device?
No. Sharpening happens in this browser. We never receive the files.
Will this change the size of the photo?
No. Width and height stay the same. Only the edges get clearer.
Can I sharpen several images at once?
Yes. They share the same slider and output format. Download a zip at the end.
Why does my PNG look like a white box as a JPG?
JPG has no transparency. Empty pixels become white. Save PNG if you need them clear.
